Consumption of Foodmax DDO Spray is about half to two times less than the conventional release agents found such as kitchen sunflower oil. Foodmax DDO Spray offers direct contact lubrication in dough dividing applications in case the use of mineral lubricants are not allowed because of local of domestic regulations.
